MinevichMark D. Minevich is President of Going Global Ventures, a New York based private investment and strategic advisory firm. Mr. Minevich's background includes 20 years' experience in strategy and consulting for the global technology markets. He currently focuses on sustainable development, smart city and impact programs, and is also an influential authority on technology leadership and particularly the role of the CIO/CTO in private wealth, social networking, impact investing and innovation.

Mark is a member of Comtrade Executive committee, and also Mark Minevich serves as a Strategic Board Advisor to TriLinc Global, private investment company dedicated to creating a global platform for impact investing through alternative investment funds. Mark is also a sr. Operating Advisor of Parkview Ventures, a Family Office and High Net Worth Investment platform that manages capital from US and international family offices and HNWI investors and have invested in high tech companies located in Silicon Valley, Boston and China. Mark acts as Sr. Special advisor to Alphamundi Group based in Switzerland and Luxembourg and other sustainability renewable energy funds. Mark is also advisor to specialty global private funds in real estate and maritime. Mark acts as a special advisor to Horasis, a new Davos for emerging markets On a creative side, Mark assists an international board advisor to Adore Creative, Hollywood creative and promotional services agency with a focus on Russia and Emerging markets. Mark also created joint venture representing CEOs and Chairman of largest BRIC private and public enterprises including investment funds and real estate. Previously, Mr. Minevich was CTO and Strategy Executive at IBM and has held various management, technology and strategy roles where he formulated the strategy of the Venture Capital Incubation program which provided LP investments to venture capital/incubators, coaching over 100 portfolio startups and generating USD2bn in revenue. Over the years, Mark's deep focus is on multi-disciplinary approach on solving complex global with specific interest on innovation and sustainability in US and abroad and had sr. operational management and executive roles at BTM Corporation and Institute, Research Board (Gartner company, international think tank to Chief Information Officers of the world's largest corporations) , Deutsche Bank, Qwest Communications, Geotek, Comcast, and USWEB/CKS. His entrepreneurial nature has led him to be a founding member in startup companies, for which he played an integral role in raising significant funding.

From 2006 to 2010, Mark was a founder, chairman and director of the Billion Minds Foundation and Club, a global sustainability and knowledge foundation think tank and private wealth club of global investors. Mark organized Global Billions Club- Private Wealth Business Club programs in Europe, Asia and North America, and assembled top philanthropists, industrialists, financiers, family holdings, investment groups/institutions and entrepreneurs around the world with combined networth of billions of dollars. In addition, over the years Mark has founded and lead several CTO clubs and private CxO roundtables. Mark is often solicited for independent expert testimonies at National Research Council & National Academy of Science, has spoken on the Forbes CEO Breakfast Series, US Presidential Conventions with Club of Madrid, US Department of Commerce bilateral meetings, and been featured in a number of business/technology publications as well CNBC programs .Mark is an author of highly acclaimed books including of "Six Billon Minds" (2006) and "The CTO Handbook: The Indispensable Technology Leadership Resource" (2002). He is a recipient of the prestigious Albert Einstein Award for Outstanding Achievement and World Trade Leadership Award by World Trade Centers and WTCA. Mark holds a BS from Montclair State University and an MBA from Stevens Institute of Technology, and received the Albert Einstein Award for outstanding achievement in innovation in 2005. A US citizen fluent in English, Russian and Ukrainian, Mark resides in New York with his family.
